Talent is responsible for developing the people and culture behind ESFS. The department leads recruitment and onboarding, supports internal communication and collaboration, and builds relationships with financial institutions through the Talent Hub to connect members with career opportunities.
Our Role
We help build the Society internally while also connecting members externally with the financial industry. Talent focuses on strengthening ESFS’s culture, member experience, and long-term professional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.

Foster communication, coordination, and collaboration across ESFS, organizing team meetings and initiatives.
